The new Chairman of the Board Johan Falk will start his new assignment in connection with Uniwater’s Annual General Meeting 2026. He succeeds Per Sjöstrand, who has served as Chairman since 2021 and will continue to contribute as a member of the board.

Johan Falk has extensive experience of acquisition-intensive businesses and international expansion, which strengthens the Board’s collective expertise as Uniwater continues to grow.
